I went in for an all points check. Everything was completed except I was told I needed a four-wheel alignment. The next day week I brought it in for a four-wheel alignment. Customer service was flawless the timing was perfect and I went home to discover there was a wobble in my front wheels. I called and was told to bring it back. I was really upset and I gave service a poor rating. Customer service was excellent but I was very upset with the service at that point. The next day I brought it in and it was discovered that it wasn't the alignment at all. It was my brake rotors which decided to act up the same day that the car was serviced and it wasn't discovered. So I want to apologize for the poor rating on service it wasn't their fault at all. I am thankful that they fixed it and repaired it to my satisfaction at no cost. Therefore I rate Taska Kia A ! Thank you for making me feel like a part of your family!

In May 2020,I purchased 2017 RAV from Tasca/KIA in Johnston, RI, the after purchase is what Tasca dropped the ball on, They gave me One Key to the Vehicle, I had a supposed 50 Point Vehicle Check before I took the vehicle home. After I arrived home I encounter a rattling from the exhaust and I had to take it back 3 Times to be repaired, then the Battery let go and I was told that it would be towed from my home to the dealership to be diagnosed. I am really disappointed with the vehicle and overall service. I work and have to depend on Friends to take me back and forth to work. I want the car fixed or give me my money back.

I would advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership. Also, do not purchase Kia Souls as their engines have a common problem of breaking down. I was told to bring car in as it was having engine trouble and catalytic converter not working. Service manager said the converter should be covered. Took car there and no one got back to us. Had to go in person, sign a diagnostic fee form. They told us engine needs replacement and converter. The service manager told me we cannot help you. Try calling Kia corporate consumer affairs. After having the car at dealership for six weeks, we finally got an answer. By the way that was after I kept calling them. Was told they could not help us either. Was told by manager that maybe Kia would cover engine and we could just pay for labor. All BS. They just want to get you in there to make money off of you!!!! I know 2 other Kia owners who had engine trouble. Kia recalled almost 400,000 Kia Souls due to engine problems. They can catch fire! My car was in group of certain years and I thought would qualify for recall. Was told no because of the way it came off the assembly line it can't qualify(vin#) excuse. Every time I asked f ok r help no matter what it was they were rude, uncaring, unprofessional. Never seen anything like it. There were other instances I heard about from other people. Please do not consider Kia Tasca. They do not care about their customers. All about $$$$$$
