While trying to determine how to proceed with getting a new car after our old one was totaled, I expressed interest in the KIA Carnival. I was able to ask a bunch of questions and visit for a test drive. We had other errands we needed to run that day so we said we would think about it and the next stay texted with the agent to make sure we were on the same page with the pricing and then came in to sign when it was all figured out. The sales agent was helpful always willing to answer questions and show us the various aspects. When it can time to finish the paperwork the team gave a reasonable estimate and we left with the car.

I am SO done with this "business". My experience with this so-called "service" is below everything one can imagine. I bought a car there in August (used, not a Kia, which obviously is an issue) and the first small issue showed after 1 or 2 weeks. I booked an appointment for which the next available would be in mid-November (!). Well, okay. Not cool, but I can sit it out, I thought. While waiting the three months to the appointment, the problems with the vehicle mounted until it was even unsafe to drive the car. These severe issues cannot have been developed in these three months, but they allegedly checked car before sale. A poor check, it seems. But hey, the time of the appointment finally came. I brought the car in. Described all issues. However, I had to describe the issues to the service person twice because they seemed to not taking notes properly. Well okay. It was a Monday morning and one could have one of these days. Back at home, I waited to get an update about the expected time it would take, etc. Turned out, that the update was merely telling me, that the mechanic responsible for the non-Kia models was not available for the whole week. Wait, what? Waiting three months for the appointment and then telling me, they can't take care of it for another week and I could pick it up again and bring it back? (Remember, it was UNSAFE to drive with it...). You know, I pointed out several times, that I rely on the car and would be screwed when I can't get to work etc. One might expect, that a proper service would try to resolve the issue in ANY way (helping getting a rental car for example...) but no, NOTHING happened. After biting that bullet, I decided to call back and try to get to a solution. I've left several voice messages as I did not get anyone in person. No call back that day. I've written several emails to the store and the service manager. They got back to me on Wednesday (!), promising to resolve the issues and getting the repairs done asap. Any attempt to help me out with a rental car? Nope, of course not. I had to pull a lot of strings and Uber and Lyft made some good business with me in the following weeks (!). Yes, it took weeks. I get that there had to be parts ordered and that the repairs were extensive (AND expensive, at least I was so smart to take the extended warranty when buying the car...), it said to be finished Mon or Tue before Thanksgiving. Well, guess what. No call. Wednesday neither. It would have been nice to have my car back after 2 and a half weeks. Oh, on Black Friday the call came. I was OOT, could not pick up, called back, got (once again) no call back. Got used to that. But hey, today (Monday) I received the car back. After 3 weeks. It seems to run fine and the issues seem to have been taken care of. I paid my deductible and was happy to just get away from there. But wow, what a nice surprise when I got into the car: They even left me an additional present: An empty coffee cup in the cup holder! Thank you so much! I always wanted to have people leave their trash in my vehicle! And don't you think, that this might have been just forgotten. The service guy picked the car from the yard and then handed it over to me. He HAD to see the cup, but obviously did not mind. That was just the cherry on top and showed me what they think about their clients. And also, don't think, that there was any apology for anything today. Nope. This is the worst service I've ever received. If you can, avoid that dealership by all means.

I have bought 3 cars with Wexford Kia. They are friendly, responsive, and work very hard to get the best deal possible. They honored the warranty on my used Sedona on the last day of the warranty and worked with my insurance company so I only owed $100 on a new engine. After I totaled my used Sorento, I was in a new leased Sportage in 2 weeks. I was to get a 2025, but since they did not have one in stock that they could get to me, they gave me a 2026 for the same price I was quoted at for the 2025. I worked with Sales Associate Michael Salati. He is the best! John Clutter and Dave Debruyn in the finance department are great as well. John truly worked some car magic to get the monthly payment down for me.
