I was scheduled for a recall they took me at 6:30 told me it’d be an hour and a half. I didn’t even have time to drink my coffee. The work was already done after an hour. Amazing staff second vehicle I bought from them. My Telluride is a beast. Great customer service. They’re always good to me when I go there. I know when I get my work done on my car. Everything will be done to the standard top-notch service top-notch sales. I don’t know what else to say. This thing keeps counting down. I don’t know why it’s doing this for me?

After our 2015 Sorrento blew an engine at 99,964 miles,
After our 2015 Sorrento blew an engine at 99,964 miles, we decided to take a chance on another KIA and purchased a 2020 Sportage brand new from this dealership. At EXACTLY 100,000 miles, little irritations began to occur like the radio going dead. At 104,000, the engine blew... again! (We take VERY good care of our cars) In my life, I've never had this happen! We were told that there had been a recall on GDI engines and the warranties were extended to 120,000. So, I called Turner KIA. No satisfaction whatsoever. I was told, "you may have a GDI engine, but there's no extension on your VIN. No other explanation other than, "tow it here and we'll look at it." And the tow company they supposedly work with wanted $275 to tow it less than 5 miles. I took it to another dealer who gave us $5K in a trade and I'm now sitting behind the wheel of a 2024 GMC that I love! Turner lost a customer and as did KIA who engines die at 100,000 miles. Good riddance!
