They don’t stand behind their product.
They don’t stand behind their product. The tech messed up my new cars first oil change and I broke down while on vacation 10 hours from home due to their poor workmanship. All alone and scared I called them and was told they couldn’t do anything to help me get the car fixed or help me get back home. Now I’m all fixed and home no thanks to them and they won’t return my calls. This place is the worst excuse for a dealer I’ve ever seen. I filed a formal case today with Kia corporate and next stop will be small claims court. Literally ignoring my daily calls and messages now for 4 days. Shop elsewhere.
