had a deal on a car worked out over the phone drove 175 miles to pick up new car to find out deal changed! they tried to get us to pay full price and would send us a check for our trade ya right not my first time buying a new car! would not trust them if I were you. use a different dealer!

We tried to make our deal as easy as possible by selecting the vehicle beforehand and getting our credit union financing set prior to our visit. We did our research and we just wanted a fair quick deal and they proceeded to conduct the worst business experience of my entire life. I specifically asked them not to run my credit because i had a credit union pre approval, and they tricked me into pulling my credit. Then they grossly low balled my trade. I get dealers need to make money, but like i said, we were being fair by expecting a $1,000 less than trade in value. They hit us $4,000 below our figure. On top of it all they were extremely rude and nasty. The whole experience reminded me of some 1980's used car comedy movie, but it wasn't funny in real life lol. Save your gas and scroll to the next dealer

I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima after going online for research. I asked for dealers within 100 miles of my location (Coburg). I was shown some excellent deals with Ron Tonkin's being the best. I called the dealership and spoke with Scoot Mooers. He assisted me with my questions. I agreed to purchase the vehicle. From search start to purchase finish, I spent just 24 hours. I got a ride to Gladstone and drove back my new Kia. Thank you Scott and staff for a quick, friendly transaction
