Jennifer turned our out-of-town nightmare transmission
Jennifer turned our out-of-town nightmare transmission break down in the middle of a trip from WA to CA at the beginning of Thanksgiving week into the very best of car service experiences. She was easy to get in touch with about the ongoing repair status at all times, made it possible to have a replacement transmission approved as soon as possible, and had the parts ordered and labor done by the end of the week when we traveled back through avoiding our having to wait for weeks, then make a separate overnight trip there and back later to pick up the car. Highly recommend both Jennifer and Ron Tonkin Kia Service.

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Kia
Had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Kia Carnival from Ron Tonkin Kia. Josh, my salesman, was very friendly and down to earth and was very patient with all my questions and showing me the features I was interested in. We had a good test drive and I knew this was the car for me. The dealership had one of the only two cars in the metropolitan area in the color and trim I wanted. Josh and one of the couriers even drove the half hour back to my home so that I could give him the check for the down payment and get the new car home. Rebecca in financing was a delight to work with and did everything she could to provide the terms I had hoped for. I have no experience with the service department, but can wholeheartedly recommend the sales team.
