I came in for a recall.
I came in for a recall. I was waiting for over 90 minutes before they told me they couldn't perform the recall because the part was missing. I think this should have been communicated before making me wait.

We did have all required recall parts in stock; however, we were unable to complete the recall because the vehicle had been previously tampered with, which prevented the repair from being performed safely.
