The service I have received at Coughlin Kia has always been top notch. This recent visit was exceptional, all thanks to Jessica James, the service representative! I had stopped in the week prior due to some finish issues with my window trim. Although the issue was not a recall, she treated me as if it was. I had 10 days and less than 2000 miles before my warranty ran out. She immediately took pictures and contacted her regional rep about the issue. In less than a week the new trim was in and installed at no charge to me. The replacement process took over 4 hours, so she provided a loaner at no charge. She treated me like family or better, again. She is a rare commodity these days, a pleasant, smiling face who listens, pays attention and engages you in the process of solving an issue! This dealership is fortunate to have her as a representative of their company and business.

We hit a 8 point buck with our 2022 Kia Telluride S, and the insurance company totaled it. Searching the Webb for another 2022 Kia Telluride I found one at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, OH. We went their to look the car over and consider it for a replacement. When we arrived on the lot we were greeted by friendly people who listened to our situation and helped us to work it out. We didn't have our down payment ready that day but said we could bring it the next day. We did all the buying process went home and the next day took the down payment and brought the car home.
