Service Advisor Kyle was very thorough.

Service Advisor Kyle was very thorough. He explained I had an oil sensor problem, and arranged a 1000 mile oil consumption test. It turned out that I was under the threshold of oil loss/consumption to warrant needing a new engine. Kyle also explained my repairs effectively fixed my excessive oil consumption problems. It appears the Service Department greatly improved since 5 years ago, when it was poorly managed. Now the Service Department has gained back my respect. The only very minor issue now, is that they still try to push some unnecessary services, but that is to be expected to a degree at dealerships. Overall, I would rate the Ganley Service Department 4 out of 5 stars--reasonably good.

Was a long time , 2 hrs, for an oil change/tir rotation! Dealership is still under renovation and a lil loud and confusing I think before I return it will need to be completed
