Used car experience has not been entirely positive.
Used car experience has not been entirely positive. Lack of communication from service department has been upsetting at best. Waited almost 2 months for a call regarding rear brakes and bumper cover, never got a call about work completed to pick up car on 1/12/25. Called 450pm 1/12 to find out status and told car was ready. Upon pickup no one could tell me details of oil consumption test. Called back on 1/13 to find out I needed to return in yet another 1000miles. Still waiting for refund of $250 deposit for loaner vehicle. It's taken 3x visits to fix braking issues, and at least a 3rd trip for oil consumption.
