My experience was entirely via phone and text. Kirby was terrific and I am still considering a purchase. The dealership is over 3 hours away and this I have not been there in person. The next time I am in Columbus, I plan to stop by the dealership just to put a face to the person I have dealt with for a couple weeks . I appreciate how he conduct business.

We visited Coughlin Kia of Dublin in November 2025 ready to purchase a vehicle, but the experience was ruined by a culture of hostility and borderline sexism that seems to come from the top down. Our interaction with the Sales Manager, Elijah, was a major red flag. When we asked for basic pricing transparency, his demeanor shifted to irritation. He accused us of "playing games" and I even witnessed him tell a junior employee to "shut up" during our negotiation. Despite this, we gave them a second chance because we wanted the car. That was a mistake. Upon returning, a sales associate suggested my wife she should "smile more" considering we were getting a new car—a comment he did not make to me. Later, another salesman used the cliché "Happy wife, happy life" to pressure us. When I called out the inappropriate nature of the comment, he doubled down. This dealership tolerates disrespect toward women and their own staff. Do not reward this behavior with your business.
