They were very difficult to communicate with they wouldn’t tell me how much an oil change cost when I was on the phone with them and just kept saying don’t worry we’ll take care of you, which is not an answer and not a number and not helpful. they’re generally overpriced and very slow and difficult to communicate with the only reason I went is because they emailed me a discount in the email for an oil change tire rotation for 5995 extra for synthetic and they wouldn’t tell me how much extra I had to call back and pretend I was someone else and asked them their price for a synthetic oil change to find out that it’s $20 more and that’s just ridiculous that I should’ve had to do that. They also wanted to charge me $40 to have the wheels balanced even though they didn’t need it and it’s a brand new car. They also used to include the tire rotation for free with your oil change if you bought the car there and I traded my car in after only a year and all of a sudden they said they don’t do that anymore so I was gonna stop going there, but they sent me a coupon for an oil change entire rotation for $59.95 synthetic extra so that’s the only reason that I came and gave them another chance

Steve was very helpful and made the process so smooth and not stressful at all for me. Most of the process was done remotely and by the time I came in person everything was pretty much done and drove off in my 2026 in no time!! Very friendly and helpful customer service top 10!!
