We shopped there for a pre owned vehicle. The sales team was friendly but not helpful in the end. Their responsiveness to email communications was slow or nonexistent. They pulled.the old ‘bait and switch’ routine by adding ridiculous fees and charges to the car’s advertised price. We recommend you avoid this dealer. We will never shop their again.

Terrible experience at Southern Pines Nissan and Kia.
Terrible experience at Southern Pines Nissan and Kia. I had been in communication with salesperson Zackary Hunt for two weeks, scheduled an appointment, and confirmed everything the night before. An hour before my appointment, I even received a text thanking me for confirming. After driving three hours, we received a call just two minutes before arrival saying the car had been sold — despite no prior notice. Once there, sales manager Dalton tried to push us toward a brand new vehicle priced $7,000 higher than the one we had been discussing. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. This experience showed a complete lack of respect for our time and trust. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Thank you Southern Pines Nissan! They helped me find the best vehicle for me to get in and out of with my disability. I love my new Nissan! Thank you Billy and Phillip who delivered it 50 miles due to my being unable to pick it up. They were very knowledgeable about all the great options and helped me figure everything out. Including which drive option to use for every condition.
