Not honest and do not keep their word!

Nearly 7 weeks ago I “special ordered” a vehicle from Joey Griffin Kia. I was provided with a receipt for my deposit, along with a buyers order stating the price. The order was confirmed over the phone with a manager and I was assured my vehicle would be in within 6-8 weeks. During the the 7 week period, I spoke with the general manager along with others on multiple occasions discussing the process of the order/eta and again confirmed the vehicle I ordered. The vehicle arrived in about 7 weeks and to my surprise, it was not the vehicle I ordered, put a deposit down on, or was promised. I contacted the GM and he showed no remorse for what he admitted was “their mistake”. He refused to honor what I was promised multiple times, he refused to re-order the vehicle based on our agreement, and pretty much said I needed to go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. This is absolutely the worse that I have ever been treated by a dealership and I warn everyone, DO NOT do business with this dealership! They are not honest and do NOT stick by their word!

We have had a good experience from purchase to most recent service. 2 Souls purchased 4 years ago and every experience has been excellent. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

Terrible customer service.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We bought a platinum warranty with a 2015 Optima that's worthless. The navigation unit went out and the only option they give is to have the unit taken out and drive the vehicle for two weeks while they send it off to get fixed. Then have to take the vehicle back to have the new unit put in. Of course they refuse to provide a rental during this time and could care less that it's a total inconvenience to the customer.
