Incredibly unprofessional, inconsiderate, and incompetent. Planet Kia did a botched oil change on my Kia vehicle, and only partially reimbursed me of the expenses when I had to pay to have my car towed a few days later from an oil leak on their part. My car was completely out of oil and inoperable due to their negligence, leaving oil spilled everywhere in multiple locations, at no fault of my own. I then had to return to this dealership to check for engine damage. After numerous attempts to followup with the GM of this dealership for the remainder of my cost reimbursement, I have no choice but to be honest with my poor experience. Extraordinarily disappointed, and I will never return nor recommend this location. They lost a customer forever.

I am beyond outraged with the so-called “services” I received at Planet Kia of Charlotte. After purchasing a vehicle from them in 2023, I was convinced to buy a maintenance package which seemed like a smart thing to do but boy was I wrong. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change — the most basic task any service department should be able to handle with their eyes closed — and just two days later, my car ran completely out of oil. I’m not exaggerating. My engine was bone dry. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED THROUGH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! In my opinion, this is one of the most careless, irresponsible experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership and it happened twice in a row. Whatever Planet Kia of Charlotte did or, frankly, failed to do was so sloppy and negligent that it put my vehicle at risk of serious engine damage. I trusted them with routine maintenance and they couldn’t even manage the bare minimum. How does a dealership let a car leave their service bay in that condition? It’s absolutely infuriating. The frustration, the stress, the time wasted trying to get someone on the phone to inform them of my bad experiences,— all because Planet Kia of Charlotte couldn’t perform a task that every driver expects to be done correctly. If this is how they handle basic service, I can’t even imagine trusting them with anything more complicated. I will never bring my car back to Planet Kia of Charlotte and based on my experiences I strongly warn others to think twice before handing over their keys. What happened to me wasn’t just disappointing — it was downright unacceptable.

I recently purchased my new vehicle from Planet Kia of Charlotte, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. My saleswoman, Faith Amador, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect vehicle for me. Faith took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She made the process easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. I also want to give a huge thank you to Antoinethe GSM and Nate GM, for working hard behind the scenes to make sure I got the best possible deal. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. And of course, a big shoutout to Jaedon, the Finance Manager, who made the final steps quick and effortless. He walked me through all of the paperwork, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with full confidence in my purchase. The entire experience at Planet Kia of Charlotte was nothing short of exceptional. There was no pressure, no gimmicks — just an honest team that truly cares about their customers. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Faith Amador. Between her, Antoine, and Jaedon, you’ll be in great hands from start to finish.
