I came in ready to get a small car. I'm single, no kids, not married. The salesman goes & gets a white FULL size suv. Thinking I'm gonna trade my low on gas car...for that. AND he says he can give me the deal for $198 every 2 weeks. Basically $400 a month. I came in single, no kids, in a small Nissan versa. I SHOOK my head & left.

It’s important to maintain respectful communication, especially in business. I have been pleased with this dealership and have shown loyalty through two car purchases. However, during a recent interaction with Shawn, I felt my loyalty was questioned. I was interested in a used car with a previous accident, and although there was room for negotiation, the deal didn’t work out. I believe my offer was fair and reasonable. While they may find success with others, I have decided to move on from this dealership. I was also called disrespectful for leaving a negative review which is beyond me. This review doesn’t reflect my experiences with Garrett. He’s kind and understanding. And it doesn’t reflect the service department which I’ve had no issues with.

I appreciate the quick service provided by the staff. While I waited for my car to get serviced, I got to talk to a financial advisor about my GAP protection. She informed me all of the details and went over each plan 1 detail at a time. I got two services in one day. Thanks KIA!!
