DO NOT USE THIS KIA
- If I could give zero stars I would - Buying my car was so easy and pain free; I bought the additional protection in conjunction with my warranty and was told if anything went wrong to just bring it in. Fast forward to having multiple issues and this dealership won't honor the KIA warranty, or respond back to me after wanting to dispute their stance on not fixing any of the things that are under warranty with my new car - They will just blatantly ignore you - This dealership doesn't care about you in the long run - They just make your buying experience pleasant so they can stick it to you later. Jokes on them though because now I tell everyone not to use them because they DO NOT CARE. Buy and service your car in Syracuse; you'll thank me later.
