I brought my vehicle in for an oil change the other day because they show a $29 price on their service pamphlet. My 4-cylinder Sorrento takes 5 quarts of oil, but Cooper charged me for 6 quarts and the total came to $39 and change. When I called to bring this to their attention, I was told that's just the way they do things. Be careful when using their service and really look over the charges they impose. They low-ball you with the pamphlet price and then wack you with a higher price after you have the work done. That's underhanded, don't you think? I won't be going there any longer if I can help it.

I have had my 2019 Kia Forte 6 weeks now. It is a great car: well built, quiet and super gas mileage. At 6' I have lots of head, leg and elbow room! Cooper Kia was very good to purchase from. Kia is a great vehicle and Cooper a great dealer.

My sales person at Cooper Kia turned a normally stressful event into an actual pleasureable experience. Loved the fact that he wasn't pushy. He explained the basics and let us take our time looking over the inventory. He was available for questions - but we did not feel pressured. I found a vehicle I was interested in, went back the next day to test drive it - and by 6:00 P.M., I was heading home in a new ride! Great experience - I'm happy!!!
