Oh my gosh!
Oh my gosh! This dealer and his staff are the best of the best! Steven Aguirre helped us with our purchase of a Kia Carnival and went above and beyond. We were purchasing this car from Maryland with non-dealer financing - all remote. The purchase and car pick up were seamless and hassle free. The car was exactly as advertised. Steven offered to meet us at the train station after we traveled by train to pick up the car. Steven is an outstanding sales person - no drama, great communication, straightforward information, and fair pricing. It does not get any better than this. If you're looking for a Kia, he's your go-to person.

The car buying experience was just ok.
The car buying experience was just ok. It we love our Sorrento. The service was underwhelming- as I was quoted a 1.5 hr tire rotation and oil change / filter. Which took- 2+ hrs. Was grateful for the complimentary wash. The service waiting area is nice.
