Bought a 2025 Kia Sportage hybrid. Love the car. Experience was not good. Traded in a Nissan kicks SR with 32,200 miles on it. Excellent condition. All needed was to be detailed before placing on lot. Low balled me on trade in stating most people are looking for AWD vehicles in this area only to tack on 5,500 dollars over what they gave me. I asked them to help me with the 100 thousand mile warranty and they wouldn't budge. Nice way to keep customers. I spoke to a friend who is lead sales person at the dealership she works at and she agreed I got screwed.

They charged me for an oil change $175 and they didn't told me before that this will cost. I used to have a Toyota and they did the oil change free of charge.

I purchased my kia 2023 had no problems with it. Just took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. This has to be the cleanest and most friendly dealership on the east coast
