If there was a ZERO star I would check it..So I have wanted to post this for a long time now. I am finally getting the chance to do so. I look back at this review I did over a year ago now and it truly makes me sick. First let me start by saying that it is so funny to me looking back how the salesman Eduardo, and probably all of them ALWAYS have you fill out the review form PRIOR to your delivery of the vehicle. PRIOR to you signing your contract. That way if anything is wrong, goes wrong, or happens...WHICH IT DID the review is already taken and probably posted! Very genius of you Kia. This salesman is actually the complete opposite of what I said originally. He is a liar! He sold me a piece of sh**!! I can't even begin the list of things wrong with this car. I will start with how I picked it up on a Friday and on Monday I called him to tell him that the front end was shaking so bad I was scared to drive it. I brought it in for them to check it and they told me it needed a tie rod. To which they then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for. Hahaha After I refused and they realized how stupid that sounded after having the car only 2.5 days they agreed to fix it. But it was one thing after another. He just was a snake through and through. Even down to the friggin radio not working. Now I am stuck in this horrible car with no way out!!! So if you're a woman, DONT EVER GO TO A CAR DEALER ALONE!!! They will take you for everything you got with not a care in the world! I promise you! It should be a crime! 

The service department is always extremely helpful, they treat me with professionalism!! Their customer service is beyond reproach!! As an added bonus they allow me to bring my dog while I wait and they treat her like family!!!
