Don't!
Don't!! Trust Transitowne. I have bought 5 cars from transitowne, never again. 12/21/24 i had regular service work done, i inquired about my grill pealing. Finally in april i was told it was approved, i took it in on a Saturday, i was told they don't do body work on Saturdays, plus they had the wrong parts. Multiple calls and messages to them and i have never heard back. Transitowne has horrible customer service

Went in for brake pads.
Went in for brake pads. It turns out I needed more rotors/wheel alignment and brake pads. Whole they are still doing construction to improve the waiting area, they still offered coffee juice and snacks for customers. Frank at the front desk did a great job explaining my repairs and cost. Though it was more than expected he was very accommodating. Set up a shuttle.for me 30min away and checked in on me throughout updating me on return time.

I've had very good service here and they are always extremely helpful with explaining the electronics with these newer models. I've been very happy with the sales department, the service department and customer service.
