Kia Telluride

I bought a Kia Telluride from this dealership. The person I worked with was Jared Kolodziejczyk. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. It was also the fastest; no hassles. Jared and I spoke about what I needed in a vehicle, he listened and I got exactly what I wanted. I love the Telluride; best recommendation from Jared and decision I made.

We brought our 2012 Kia Soul here for service. Bought it for my sons to use. We owned it for two months after purchasing from a shady used car guy in Lakewood.
Turns out the car had a bad engine and needed to be replaced!!!
Service dept (Lou) was extremely sympathetic to my situation. He attempted to get KIA to replace the engine under warranty. Unfortunately, we were the second owners and it doesn’t transfer. To make matters worse, it was over mileage. KIA refused. Lou made other attempts to help us. He was unsuccessful, but he clearly cared about our misfortune.
So, later that night we decided to stop in to the sales department to see if there was anything worth purchasing to replace that car. We sat with Vince who showed us a nice comparable car. It was actually a bit nicer that the one that just died. A LOT less miles a year newer and with a warranty!! We ended up buying that car.
Then we got the bright idea to discuss our family vehicle with him. We had a lease that was $5400 over in miles and $5500 worth of payments left. It was at 100k miles!!
He and the manager, Mike, was able to put together a deal that would get us out of our negative equity lease and put us into a brand new Sorento. Now, we are paying a higher payment for a longer period but we put an end to that leasing nonsense!!!
Both of these guys we INCREDIBLY patient, kind, honest, understanding, sympathetic and friendly. They stayed WELL past closing until almost midnight to close both deals.
SO HAPPY with this dealership!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I appreciated that I was not lied to and that my salesman kept his word the whole time. Phil Pestrichello answered every single one of my questions truthfully and with expertise and more. Usually car buying is a rough experience but this one was a great one and they all bent over backwards to get me approved for my vehicle. I thank them all and would definitely go back in the future. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Rated excellent all around!
