I would like to commend the gentleman sitting at the service desk, first desk to your left when you enter from the garage.He wears black rimmed glasses. I explained that after inflating all tires, the tire screen with PSI stilled remained. After speaking with him, I thought I was making an appt but he asked me to pull my car in. He showed me what needed to be done and took the time to explain the button and how to scrowl the screens.I am absolutely thrilled. He is truly a gentleman. Everyone is quick to bad mouth companies and people but I needed to praise Matt Blatt and this service representative. Robyn Bianco
