Will never go back to Kia of Riverdale again.
Will never go back to Kia of Riverdale again. After purchasing a three-year-old Kia Sportage from this dealership when I went for my free oil change they wanted to charge me $271 to top off my coolant since it was low. A gallon of antifreeze cost $21 at AutoZone. They also told me I had 7 items that needed IMMEDIATE attention totaling a little over $3000. When I declined to have this work done and told them it sounds like they sold me a lemon that needed this much work after only owning the car one year, they tried to sell me a brand new car. I ended up going to a local repair shop and not only did they fill my antifreeze reservoir tank for free but also told me the brakes Kia of Riverdale said I needed immediately would still be good for almost another year.

I came earlier than my appointment on Saturday 1.
I came earlier than my appointment on Saturday 1.24.2026. They took me right in. 30 minutes later I was on my way to continue my day. I was told the car 🚗 is in good condition and didn't need anything but the scheduled oil change. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE 👍
