Oil change experience was awesome. Thank you so much. And the repair for my kia Sportage was very successful, they find out the problem, was fix and they did route test. More the satisfactorily.
A Pleasant Experience from Start to Finish

From start to finish, the entire experience with the folks at Kia Auto of Nutley was as pleasant as I could have ever hoped for. Knowing that the Kia Telluride was an in-demand vehicle, I did plenty of research and heard stories of places with wild markups or other less savory practices. I've always been a bit leery of the car buying process and so I wanted to make sure that whomever I chose was considered a reputable establishment having a good track record with customer satisfaction.
In my search for the Telluride I called about 10-12 dealers and can honestly say that only a handful presented what felt like an open and honest approach, with a willingness to share pertinent details such as out of the door price and most importantly were willing to sell the Telluride at MSRP. Kia of Nutley was one of those dealers and I could tell from the early communications with their staff that they were likely one of the places I would end up. I'm glad I decided to go with them as they were responsive, flexible and generally willing to help me get my Telluride however they could. When they notified me of a model incoming I was able to put down a refundable deposit. Then as we awaited the arrival of the car we took care of a lot of the busywork online through email communications. In addition to the early legwork for the financing, insurance and general details to iron-out, they were very flexible with my timeline in which I needed to get the car (once we knew of the arrival date). Adding to that, my daughter was sick and we had to travel an hour and change to get to Kia of Nutley. Thankfully the folks at Nutley, specifically Kyle and Theresa, were wonderfully flexible and willing to cater to my specific time-sensitive demands. In the end we got to the dealership and were out of there in just over an over. It was really a refreshing experience. The swiftness of the endeavor was also thanks to Daniel in financing who was super helpful, informative and clear about what our options are. It was always hugely appreciated that there was no sense of being pushed in one direction or another but simply we were given all the additional financing related options and we picked what made sense for us. Signed the papers and we were on our way. They even had the car parked out front for us, a nice little gesture on their part. Oh and our daughter appreciated the balloon :)
I'd definitely consider doing business with Kia of Nutley again!
