We lucked out. When I drove up to the showroom, Gary was the sales person who actually opened the showroom door and came out to greet me. In summary, it was the beginning of a "beautiful friendship." He and I spent a lot of time discussing car selection, options, pricing etc. In the process, he gave me all the time needed during 4 visits and answered all questions thoroughly and with caring. His low key and professional demeanor contributed our decision to purchase not one but 2 new cars. To me, he is the epitome of what I consider a great car salesman to be.

Greeted by a salesman that was new did not know what he was doing could not answer any questions talked nonstop about his personal life. Was told my husband and I needed a cosigner we had one then was asked if our cosigner would finance the car I said No.Turned us down. Sends an email now here we go again except with a seasoned sales person .

It was a well oiled machine,from my being picked up when I got lost to and offering of drink and food,they really made me feel like a very special person. I would go back for another Kia and strongly recommend this dealership to friends and family and whomever I meet on the road.
