I had a terrific experience with Dave “taco man “ Petro
I had a terrific experience with Dave “taco man “ Petro in purchasing lease agreement for a Kia S4 for my daughter. Seamless And timely customer service. Great experience I would wish for anybody else looking for a vehicle and the tacos were terrific. Thank you again Kia and all the staff.

Let me start by saying I will never step foot in a Matt
Let me start by saying I will never step foot in a Matt Blatt facility again. I’ve purchased several Kia vehicles over the years for my business, so I expected a straightforward and professional experience this time as well. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was greeted by Suzette, and while the interaction began professionally, it quickly turned uncomfortable. She attempted to get overly personal, which was off-putting, and then crossed a serious line by slandering one of my direct competitors. Her comments were not only unprofessional but also so extreme that they could be considered legally actionable. What made it even worse is that I am close friends with the individual she was disparaging. Hearing such vile and unfounded remarks was both disturbing and unacceptable. At that point, it didn’t matter what kind of deal was being offered—I had no interest in doing business with her. This was a terrible experience and a shocking display of unprofessionalism. Instead, I chose to take my business elsewhere and purchased a Toyota from the dealership down the street.

I’ve had my sorrento brought in to have oil consumption
I’ve had my sorrento brought in to have oil consumption checked. When I had oil changed somewhere else I was told there was no oil on the dipstick. This is within the guidelines of having an oil change (5000 miles). It was clear there’s a problem due in part that Kia has a technical service bulletin out regarding this engine Kia ( Matt Blatt and corporate ) say it’s ok per industry standards. Why because they say so? It’s not ok. If the engine didn’t have a fault there wouldn’t be a technical service bulletin out Matt Blatt Kia did an oil consumption check by putting on tamper seals. They acknowledged it was a quart low after 1000 miles and put seals on it. After another 1000 miles they said it was 1/2 quart low. I didn’t witness this even though I asked to. It was a quart low after 983 miles. I added a quart at $12. Now 987 miles more it’s down a quart. Why should a consumer have to add a quart of oil every 1000 miles? If I didn’t check that would mean there’s no oil in the car between oil changes if you do the math. Kia needs to own up to their failure and not hide behind ok per industry standards I ve never added a quart of oil in any of my new.cars as long as I kept up with service timeframes
