Overall experience was good and Adrian was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had. There was a minor issue with final paperwork where they used the current payout amount instead of the 10 day payoff amount on the trade in, which caused a delay in the old vehicle getting payed off. But when I called about the issue, J.P. immediately came up with a solution and covered the small difference in the payout amount.

Service was easy to schedule. Haley was an excellent service advisor who answered numerous questions that I had. The work was performed. Timely and future needs were addressed and quoted.

So first off Adrian was great and this review has nothing to do with. I am very disappointed and feel cheated during the financial part I feel as they took advantage of me to make more money as they did not discuss any pricing. I was there for over 4 hours the car is great. I had cancelled all the contract with EG assurance besides tha GAP I was charged twice for the interior and exterior protection I send an email to Steve on 1/6 and no response still. I don’t think I would buy from this dealership again
