worst experience ever, we had a deal come back next day and there was rust in back of brakes and only one ask to fix it and the Sales Manager laugh at me and wife and them he tru his hands in the air and said im done with you and not going to fix it and we are not selling the car to us. I have been in sales feild over 40 year I would NEVER laugh at a customer. my wife wanted that car. make sure you inspect the car before you buy or sign the paperwork NEVER buy a car from u guys

Absolutely horrible service/repair of my 2017 Sportage. They fix one issue and create 3 much bigger ones that'll always show up a few weeks after your visit. Zach, the service manager, is not helpful at all and refuses all responsibility when he noticed that the repairs for the latest issue were too expensive. I visited another dealership and they gave me written proof that Quirk caused the engine issue. Avoid at all costs!! I will be filing an official complaint against them as well.

I gave this dealership a great review when I bought the car but now if I could give zero stars I would. I don't know if it's the staff or Kia itself but getting anything covered under warranty is almost impossible. Don't buy a Kia from here unless you want to drain your bank account...or maybe don't buy a Kia at all since they claim the reason for non-coverage is dictated by Kia corporate.
