Bought a new Kia soul

We new what we wanted and our dealer Jaime Garaufis was great. No games played. Answered all our questions. Only disappointment was not alot of inventory for color choice but that is all car dealers at this time so understandable.this is our second new car from quirk Manchester and they have been so much better than other dealers as well as better trade in prices, car prices, warrantys and no rude pressure tactics

Poor customer service after buying vehicle

Leased a new Forte 12 days ago and realized this morning it had a chip on the top of the hood where the wiper arm must have hit it at some point (along with a scratch on the wiper arm where it contacted the hood) while on the dealership lot. Contacted both my salesman Kevin (sent a picture of the damage) and also the sales Manager Matt to be told they wouldn't do anything to fix it. They said if it had been a day or two after I bought it they would but I've had it too long. Not only did they not even offer to look at the vehicle in person first before deciding not to help, Matt insulted me offering "employee pricing" on a paint pen...Seriously guys your customer service needs to be reworked. When a customer spends thousands at your dealership, you might want to consider spending $5-$10 to make sure they are happy. Already told multiple people at my job and family members how Quirk Kia treats their customers and will continue to spread the word. That $5-10 just cost your dealership thousands in future sales. Not at all happy with this dealership after this.
