Ruth definitely provided me the best buying experience I have ever had in a vehicle purchase. She was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She listened to my situation (vehicle/deer wreck totaled by insurance). She was able to find some vehicle options, complete the preliminary steps via emails and text so when I drove in from North Platte all we needed was a test drive to verify it fit what I wanted, finish some small details and complete everything with finance. I was on my way back in a couple of hours. Ruth is very customer service oriented. Alex in service is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is ready and waiting when I get there and keeps me posted the entire time while my car is getting an oil change or whatever needs to be done. He helped me get a little bit of buffing done on my vehicle and always goes above and beyond. He answers my calls and gives me tips when needed. I'd never go anywhere else.
