I had the worst experience. If not for Raymond,I would have part with money as a new owner. Not letting me know that I was "suppose" to pay for maintenance when I am suppose to enjoy free after purchase of the product. Where other dealers offered. This was the weird worst service I have ever experienced.
This was the weird worst service I have ever experienced. Due to on the road breakdown and "warranty terms" I had to use this repair facility. They continually refused to give me an estimated time when they would get to it. It took them over 2 MONTHS to repair it - while it sat on their lot.
