Not good.
Not good. My daughter just bought her first car a 2024 Forte from Fusz Toyota. Anyway the drivers door handle with the “secret” area for the key- that piece fell off at the dealer and they stuck it back on. The vehicle only had a couple of thousand miles. Anyway it fell off the next day. Fusz Toyata sent us to Fusz Kia. NO one will call us back, we have left multiple messages. We also tried the main Kia warranty help line. They also will not answer nor return a call.
