My wife and I purchased a ‘21 Tahoe from here and were assured the car was in great shape and condition. We are expecting a newborn here soon and needed to make space for transporting our family. Within no more than 5 months we had a complete transmission failure. The cost was incredibly hefty. I approached the associate on site that handled the purchase and he assured me that “every car was quality checked and there were no issues if they were on the lot.” I questioned their process of inspecting used cars and this was the general answer I was met with. The mechanic informed us this issue is not something that happens overnight or even within a few weeks- the car had issues that the dealership masked and it is very apparent. This associate also made the claim “Dean (the owner) has more money than he knows what to do with so he wouldn’t put faulty cars on his lot.” Yes, this was an actual quote from a higher up employee. We were assured someone would reach out to us. Between the many busy and overnight shifts I pulled to help bridge our deficit I got a :15 voicemail from this person with zero follow up. Buyers beware of this dealership and their lack of care for you. I know the old adage about buying used cars but you would think this is a respectable dealer. We were not seeking a return of the vehicle just some answers and potential covering of costs with it being less than 6months of purchase and an obvious issue they covered up/neglected. We were met with nothing but excuses and poor customer service. To all the hardworking teachers and first responders out there- avoid this place.

I feel that they have no regards to their customers at all. To have your car serviced at the I-65 location it is the biggest pain and the workers are very unprofessional. They do not consider that you purchased the vehicle from KIA and you would think the customer service would stand out. When you walk in not a single person acknowledges you, they sit behind the counter and wait for you to speak to them. I purchased all of my cars from Honda (on the I-65 Beltline) and the customer service was above the best. Take note from other lots...treat your customers with respect and think about having a way for your customers to be able to drop their vehicles off before work and not feel that we are a burden to you. Horrible service....I read on one of the reviews that Monica was top notch, wish she would have been the one to help me..
