Oscar Diaz did an absolutely outstanding job and deserves the highest praise. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what he is doing. From start to finish, Oscar was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. He made me feel valued as a customer and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. Oscar went far above and beyond what I expected. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure all work was completed correctly. His communication was excellent, and his attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the service being provided. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about delivering great customer service. Because of Oscar’s exceptional dedication, my experience at Luther Kia of Bloomington was nothing short of excellent. He turned a routine service visit into a truly positive experience. My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota)
My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota) has been positive over several trips to the dealership. They treated me fairly and courteously. I feel they are concerned about my future needs with my 2022 Kia Soul which already has 68,000 miles on it. No major expenditures out of pocket so far with the exception of four new tires and a brake job which are ordinary. Best of all, I don't think the dealership misses anything to check. They're very thorough and bend over backwards to accommodate me, whether than means arranging a Lyft or bringing ina tech for a specific issue. The Service Writers keep me informed all along the way with progress and wait time expectations. I'm very impressed with the way they do things at Luther's Bloomington Kia!

Not willing to negotiate prices at all. Not competitive in pricing as well. I found Hyundai Sonata SEL awd. For a much better price than a K5 awd
