Riley lied to my brother, he promised a referral fee because I referred my brother. He never even turned it in, and if he did he didn't follow up on it the 2 times we complained. Really is your business reputation worth that $100.? I know when Steve and Cory worked there this wouldn't of happened. After reading all of these poor reviews and my latest experience I will not ever recommend another person.

Biggest liars you’ll meet in the car business. Lies lies and more lies. I was on top of it as much as possible could and they still took got me for thousands. They do not care about their customers, just take them for every $$$$$ they can get. They’ll even put a overpriced hitch on your vehicle for you The day you buy it, even if it means, they voided your whole entire warranty without telling you

DO NOT GO! Visit 1: schedules an appt. Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. Complained on Google review. They offered me a free oil change. I said one more chance. visit 2: They gave me a free oil change for my trouble. Scheduled and went to the appointment. 20 min in, they asked me if I wanted new filters —they looked dirty… I have 10k miles… seemed off, but I said, "Okay." So I had an oil change, a tire rotation, and two filters changed. Waited 1 hour 45 min. I went to check on it, and magically it was done, but the paperwork was messed up. There was an identical vehicle next to me, and they did the wrong work on our cars, aka swapped what we came in for. But he said it was just the paperwork; the job was actually done. I paid. Left. 15 min later, got a call that the filters had never been installed… I couldn’t drive back, so I asked for a refund. They said I had to wait until tomorrow. I spoke to someone about what happened, asked to escalate to a manager, and talked to a random service guy… it accomplished nothing. Great management…. I bet they do a lot. But the guy said my scheduled appointment time is for check-in. I still have to wait, just like at a doctor's office… Okay, but I’ve been to other dealers for the same work before, and it’s NEVER taken this long. This isn’t my first new car. Good excuse, but the best was that it takes forever to do the multipoint inspection, yet you did the wrong work on my vehicle? That's a lot of attention to detail…. Anyway, I never got my refund. So I called the following day to ask for it. He said that the tire rotation WAS done and still charged me for it… But refunded me for the filters. I technically have NO idea what work was done on my Kia and will never be returning. Do not go here for anything on your Kia. Very disappointing!!
