I had an amazing experience with my service
I had an amazing experience with my service representative, Jeremy! He was kind, friendly and I was greeted with a smile along with full knowledge of the plan for my vehicle as it was being serviced. He was even kind enough to show me around as it was my first visit to the service center. Thank you Jeremy:) Your awesome! And the waiting area was soooo comfortable I even turned down the ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and enjoyed a hot fresh cup of coffee and can’t refuse the popcorn! ;)

I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so after reading all the glowing reviews. Most all the reviews had to do with the sales experience. My sales experience was also a positive one. (We bought a used 2021 telluride) and everyone was great. But that’s where it ends. I ‘ve had my telluride for slightly over a year. I’ve had it in for two recalls that took weeks to schedule. I was notified of a third recall that indicated that my car could catch on fire. I tried to schedule a service appointment but couldn’t get one for two months. Their recommendation was to not park it on a garage or in proximity of other cars. Ridiculous!! I subsequently got an appointment in Kalamazoo within a week. When I bought the vehicle the idle stop function didn’t work. They checked it out and told me everything was ok and that the previous owner had a chip removed to disable the function. A few weeks later the function started to work intermittently. I took it back. They checked it out and told me everything was ok ?? When I pressed them they told me that on most 2021 tellurides the idle stop function doesn’t work. They attributed it to poor engineering on Kia part. Strange admission. Ive had it in 3 times and have now given up. I-now need additional service. I called to get an appointment and have been waiting 2 hrs to get a call back. I wonder how the glowing reviews from other customer will change when they have to deal with service.
