This dealership is honestly a mess. I’ve had nothing but issues every time I’ve dealt with them. They’re slow, unprofessional, and they never handle things the right way. Last year I called and the receptionist was rude and hung up on me for no reason. That should’ve been my sign to never go back. When I got into an accident with my last Kia, it took months for them to approve what they needed to—no urgency, no communication, and no real help. Now with my current car, which is fully under warranty, they want to charge me $180 just to check a seatbelt sensor. Meanwhile, other Kia dealerships don’t make you pay that upfront. Make it make sense. They barely answer the phone, and when they finally do call you back, it’s right before closing so you can’t get anything done. They know exactly what they’re doing. I’m over it, and judging by the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one. Do not buy from here they don’t care, and I’m gonna make it known too. The guy Dustin that sold me the car no longer works there and honestly, he was the best part about this terrible location. Lmao

I was solicited for two years once I gave in to the solicitation it was a horrible experience. Lack of communication will always kill any sales deal so we were there for over five hours the next business day we didn’t get a call. We had to do all the calling on top of that I had to reach out to a finance company for them to explain How the equity on my previous vehicle was so high I would need a larger deposit. OK no one in this dealership communicated that with me. Horrible experience please stay away

I was driving home pulling in my driveway and saw bumping my front tire I called the summit place Kia. The person over the phone or computer told me it would be over a month to get in for a new tire I asked to speak to Marcus he got me in within an hour got my tire changed fixed it was quick fast easy wash my car very very pleasant very good person to work with Marcus good guy been doing business there for years. I would highly recommend asking for Marcus when you go there and you will definitely get good service
