If you're looking for a decent car but don't mind
If you're looking for a decent car but don't mind enduring some of the worst service imaginable, this dealership might be for you. I've visited multiple times to get the Kia Connect system fixed, and each experience has been more disappointing than the last. - Visit 1: I was told the issue couldn't be addressed because I hadn’t updated my software—no offer to help, just a shrug. - Visit 2: The technician fumbled around aimlessly, clearly unsure of what to do, and left the problem unresolved. - Visit 3: I arrived only to be informed that the technician wasn’t working that day—something they failed to mention beforehand. Each time, I had to take time off work because they insisted I be present with my phone to troubleshoot the app. I’m not unreasonable—I can accept that some issues might not be fixable. But what’s unacceptable is the sheer indifference and lack of professionalism. Calls go unanswered, and at one point, I was even told, “You bought an EV, so you’ll just have to live with these kinds of technical issues and dealership visits.” This isn’t just poor service—it’s a complete disregard for customer time and trust.

This review is specific to the Service department; can't speak to Sales, Parts or Finance. Service here was terrible. Starting with making an appointment, which was done online. Included in the schedule request were several notes. Apparently these notes are not read by anyone. I asked that they let me know if the brakes were not under warranty. No advanced notice. We likely would not have gone in as I am happy to do pads & rotors for $150 vs $700 at the dealer. Arriving at the dealership the service rep was surly and discourteous from the get go. She basically demanded the registration, we went to get it and then she did nothing with it - never looked at it. Another service rep sitting on his xxx looked at my daughter and said where's the key, give me the keys like a bully or a total tool might say it. I told him to slow down and said they would get the keys when you get them. He was then out of the interaction. Back to surly Shirley. She said they would wash the car, never did. It was brought in because the front rotors were obviously warped at 15k miles. First, no warranty coverage after 12k, which again, they did not bother to tell me until we were there. What type of rotors last such a short time? Very cheaply produced ones. She said I can complain to Kia, which I have. How does this business have a 4.8 on Google reviews?
