The Team at the Kia service area were very communicative. Mr. Vernier listened to my concerns about my car. I went there to replace my rear shocks, I had replaced them back in august last year with an auto shop and they were already leaking. Went a few times to the same auto shop complaining of noises coming from the rear. And they claimed everything was fine. The guy that worked on my car claimed that worked at Kia previously. Shame on you. I decided this time to go to Mastria Kia. And not only they replaced my shocks but completed 3 Recalls I had that I thought only one was needed. What a great team. What a great job they did. Thank you guys for the great service. I will definitely come back for more services. Thank you.

The salesman was great.
The salesman was great. Service department not so much. Brought my car in at 35,000 miles AC wasn’t cold. Had to pay for the recharge and leak dye after being told they couldn’t find a leak. Recently brought the car in for service and service manager says mechanic noticed AC wasn’t that cold. 70,000 miles. Had to pay for the dye again and drove the car for 2 weeks. Bring it back and they found a leak in the rear AC. When I asked if this was the first leak manager said it couldn’t have been. I asked what’s next because obviously there’s 2 leaks, the one they fixed and the previous one they couldn’t find at 35,000 miles. They wouldn’t reimburse me for the recharge but did go through my extended warranty to cover recharging after fixing the leak. Sadly some of the service department has been replaced and the old employees didn’t take good notes so nobody knows exactly what was done the first time. Of the AC is still cold after another 35,000 miles I will know for sure the leak the fixed was the original one and should have been covered by the warranty and I shouldn’t have paid for anything.

I do not recommend Mastria Kia. They delivered my car with a rejection sticker on it! Unacceptable. With so many dealerships out there, avoid this one!
