If I could give the Kia of South Attleboro no stars, I
If I could give the Kia of South Attleboro no stars, I would. The female manager, who refused to tell me her name, called me yelling like a teenage girl mixed with a 65-year-old woman going through menopause. There’s no way they sell cars there with a sales and management team like that. The sales manager was unprofessional; I wouldn’t hire her to run a laundromat. They probably hired her from a nearby Fridays location. I strongly suggest you do not attempt to buy your next car there. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Now I know why the place is always empty. I guarantee they are at the bottom in car sales out of all the Kia dealerships in New England.

Michael Couto, sales manager, spoke with him about a
Michael Couto, sales manager, spoke with him about a trade in and possible purchase of vehicle or two. While we were talking about several options, he seemed annoyed and not helpful. He then accused us of trying to threatening him to buy our trade in. Not sure how we threatened him at all. Wouldn’t explain how he felt threatened by us as we were talking back and forth about options. He was rude and unprofessional and walked away from us. He cost Kia two sales and some bad reviews. He clearly did not want our trade in or value us as customers. I thought that sales people actually wanted to work with people to help them buy vehicles. This was our worst car buying experience ever.
