Roy Silva cares about the customer and does a great job. From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with and strives to help the customer. Kia of Attleboro had a great inventory to choose from with a clean and neat dealership. I took the car home that day. Can’t say enough about the car buying experience being excellent from start to finish.

Michael Couto, sales manager, spoke with him about a
Michael Couto, sales manager, spoke with him about a trade in and possible purchase of vehicle or two. While we were talking about several options, he seemed annoyed and not helpful. He then accused us of trying to threatening him to buy our trade in. Not sure how we threatened him at all. Wouldn’t explain how he felt threatened by us as we were talking back and forth about options. He was rude and unprofessional and walked away from us. He cost Kia two sales and some bad reviews. He clearly did not want our trade in or value us as customers. I thought that sales people actually wanted to work with people to help them buy vehicles. This was our worst car buying experience ever.
