Prompt courteous and efficient service. In and out within an hour. My only issue is that the service is no longer offered and I thought it was a perk for the 2023 cars.

The salesperson was nice enough. However, I have not heard back from the salesperson for over two months despite repeated attempts to reach. Two months, and I still do not have proper tags. They have a great admin person in Shirley who is assisting with that. She should be in sales. Responsive and empathetic. Two key qualities to life. After purchasing the vehicle, I couldn't get it for several days, so they could dress it up, prepare it for delivery, remove stickers, clean it up, etc. No big deal. I got the car, and when we looked inside, there were stickers and residue that needed to be removed everywhere. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you spend that much on a vehicle, and they tell you you can't pick it up sooner so they can remove said stickers, that makes it a problem! I spent days and weeks finding removable decals, etc., that should have been taken care of earlier. On top of that, I have reached out to Kevin several times about missing a part, only to get crickets. I will reach out to management now, but we were easy buyers. Same-day buyer and in/out within a couple of hours. It would be nice if they pretended we existed.

I received a promo in the mail for $65 for oil change and checking systems on my car. Short story...$ 65 turned into $130. Service rep was apologetic and understood this was very misleading. Not going to create a hassle for myself over this. I am in the market for a new car. I would have paid the $130 without bad feelings in the first place! I like the Kia line but would travel far and wide to buy one but not from this dealership.
