Their customer service is decent, but the service and repair employees are the worst people ever. I had brought my car in with all the info of what was wrong and i just wanted my car to be fixed instead of having to be told i didnt have the right codes and i was wrong. They proceded to act like i didnt know what i was talking about when i was explaining what was wrong. Instead i get charged a 170$ bill for “mechanics compensation” as they said, for them checking for the SAME EXACT CODE I HAD. They proceeded to say i have to pay an extra almost 300 bucks for them to fix it plus the part itself only costing an added 100 bucks. Mind you i had to wait 3 hours for them to tell me that it was the same error code i already told them. The services is terrible and i can’t believe we let people that wont listen to the customer work, it’s disappointing.

Only Place i am Shopping for a Kia
I always like to shop local whenever i can! In today's market it is hard to buy a vehicle that is in such high demand! My family was looking into the Kia Telluride. We met with several other local dealers only to have them tack on several thousand dollars above MSRP last minute and that was not going to work for me. I want to shop local and if a local business wants local customers, you need to treat them right. Scott and Chelsea at Jones Kia wanted a local guy to shop local. MSRP was not a problem. No pressure or harassment to make a sale. They both provided a wealth of knowledge, got answers to question we had that they did not know, and provided us an excellent customer experience from our first conversation. We happily purchased and financed through Jones Kia, We got the coverages we were comfortable with and the extras we wanted for the price we wanted. We will be coming back to Jones Kia for our future sedan purchase! Thank you again Scott and Chelsea!

Condescending salesman
We test drove a 2018 Nissan Altima with about 87,000 miles on it. The car was nice, but lagged when trying to go fast(rpm gauge would go up to 5 or 6 before switching gears) We informed the sales person of this issue asking if the transmission had been flushed or serviced at all. He told us he would test drive it to check it out, but he thought all 4 cylinder vehicles drove that way. We told him they don’t (my daughter’s previous car was a 2017 Altima) He came back, said he didn’t notice what we were talking about, it drove like any other 4 cylinder. I explained to him that my truck was a 4 cylinder and it didn’t do that. He proceeds to tell me I’m wrong about my truck being a 4 cylinder and googles it only to be proven wrong. My truck is indeed a 4 cylinder. My daughter really liked the car so we just wanted the transmission to be looked at before moving forward.(Was going to bring my stepdad to take a look at it) He got kinda snippy and said “Well what do you want to do?” With a take it or leave it attitude. Our response? “You have a nice day sir.” Not sure if our experience was because we were 2 females and he thought we didn’t know what we were talking about or what. I would never go back there.

Jones Junction Auto Group has been serving Maryland since 1917. Mr. Vernon Jones started out selling Studebakers in Conowingo Maryland with his father C.M. Jones and soon decided to purchase the family business with his wife Catherine in 1950.
From then on the dealership began to expand with the acquisition of Plymouth Nissan and Honda Motorcycles in 1963 and then again with the addition of Chrysler Toyota and GMC franchises in 1966. Due to the increased business the Jones family outgrew their facilities on North Bond Street and 305 Baltimore Pike landing them at our current location on Belair Road.
