Bill dodge kia exceeded expectations
Best buying experience ever! Salesman contacted me to offer vehicle. He was not pushy. He provided great info, even sent a link for a video of the new Sorento. I didn't have a lot of back and forth, quite straight-forward buying experience. The entire crew was pleasant to deal with and they treated me with respect. I highly recommend Bill Dodge. It was worth the 100 mile trip to buy my new Kia.

Confusing experience
I visited Bill Dodge Kia while shopping for a used car. I visited the dealer twice, did a couple of test drives. The salesman was very kind and helpful. What was confusing to me was getting an email from the manager challenging my “repeated“ (2) visits and wondering how to appease me. I felt like they had an agenda for me to buy a certain ( more expensive car). When I asked about the less expensive one I test drove, I was told abruptly “It was just bought over the phone”. The showroom wasn’t welcoming or warm. I have bought in Bill dodge Westbrook before and was quite satisfied. This was a really strange experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
