I think all customers realize that there are going to be hiccups with every car deal that's made. I decided two weeks ago to trade my 2022 GMC Sierra for a 2025 Kia Soul. This is the second Soul I have owned and I am convinced it is one of the best automobiles on the road today. I had very specific instructions for Cody, my Sales Associate. Cody got to work and in a few hours let me know he had found exactly the car I was interested in. So, we did the deal. The car arrived last Saturday and I picked it up. I was approximately one mile away from the dealership when I discovered that the one detail I had insisted on was not correct. I contacted Cody immediately and he said he would call the manager. Cody assured me he would correct the issue. I received a call on Monday morning and was asked to return the car to the dealership for the issue to be resolved. Wednesday afternoon, Cody called and said my car was ready and exactly like I wanted it. Cody was right, I am extremely happy with the deal. Cody Crouch has proven to this customer to be an excellent sales associate for Orr Kia. I highly recommend Orr Kia of Bossier City if You are interested in a car deal. Keith Williams of Haughton.

Visited looking for a vehicle. Salesmen was Mr. Anthony Prine. Excellent salesmen. Although I chose to not purchase he definitely displayed integrity and had expert listening skills. I advise seeking his help should u visit this dealership
