We recently purchased a vehicle from Kia Store East and had the pleasure of working with Zach Pinkham. When we bought our 2025 Sportage X-line in January, we were told our first maintenance would be free. Also, on the KIA app it said it's time to schedule your pre-paid maintenance. When my husband got there, it wasn't free and we were told the service manager and salesman was no longer working there. We had to pay $82 for the service. Recently I know two other people with cars from other dealerships that had their first maintenance with tires rotated and the service was free of charge. They really made me feel like I didn't buy a premium car. Very disappointed and wondering how I will be treated in the future should something come up.

My husband and I stopped by to look at a car with our daughter. We had stopped at another Kia dealer and they did not know anything about the car they we showing our daughter. We asked the salesman about the Sportage Hybrid and not only did he show it to us, he explained every little thing. He is the BEST! If you are looking for a great car, go down to Kia Store East and ask for Kenneth Meeks. He will go above and beyond. Scottie, Becky and Whitney
