Went in to look at possible opens For my own reasons and was imidately disregarded as if it wasn’t worth there time to even consider it without much reason. Then took my current vehicle for its yearly service under my warrenty. Only to have them take hours to do a oil change and fail to replace the oil back in the vechile and gave me to keys without saying anything then the engine blew”due to them not putting oil back in”. After they spent another hour to tell me what was going on and another 45 mins before I got into a vechile to drive home, and the vechile they where ” took this long to let me drive home was not even thought about the fact that both was dirtier then my 2 years old room by also could barely fit in the vechile at all”. Meanwhile they are talking about putting a used engine in my car. That would not only depreciate e value of my car that I might add only has 5500 miles on it to begin with but have also failed to give me any sort of update in over a week and a half now.

This was our 3rd purchase but our 1st preowned car. We were treated very respectfully, but wrong paperwork was signed and resigned multiple times. Forgotten paperwork was sent up to 20 days later. Plus they misplaced my down payment check. The car was great and I am pleased, but this was a disorganized mess at best. It was completely unlike our previous 2 dealings with them. I have been very frustrated and dissatisfied with this last experience.
