My elderly parents went to Edwards Kia looking for a newer used reliable vehicle. What they got was multiple sales people pressuring them and confusing them. My parents bought a Santa Fe for $28000 and it is only worth $16000. This is wrong. My parents went back and also called and they would not do anything about it. I would like to talk with the President or owner of Edwards KIA. Beware of this place.

Yes, I bought a car from Kia. Love it. It’s very nice The gentleman that sold us a car very nice very helpful. The only bad thing I have to say is I drove it three weeks and the battery went out and they would not replace it now come on now that battery cost $500 replace that’s not very good customer service I think that’s bad customer service

Lara went above and beyond, absolutely amazing service . So much improved all around from 2021 when I purchased my vehicle. Everyone truly cared about the customer. I drove three and a half hours to go to that Kia dealer
