I purchased a new Kia Sportage last week at Kia of Muncie. I had a good customer experience all 3 times I was there. I had Jake, day one and tied up the purchase with him as well on Saturday, he was helpful and not pushy, throughout the entire process. I had Lucas who helped me the day Jake was not there, whom also was very helpful.

With this being my first time ever buying a new vehicle, I didn't feel pressured in that I must have this or must have that. I was very pleased with the visit and the sales consultant, Tyree Benford Jr. He was awesome.

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.....told me one down payment one day and when I go to get it....it was a thousand more.....then when I get all the paperwork completed and had the keys.....they decide to delay the deal because I had used FMLA at work for medical problems......the deal still isn't done a week later! And all of this in front of my 9 year old son who was super disappointed
