Absolutely terrible customer service every time.
Absolutely terrible customer service every time. I’ve had to have my car taken in for two different recalls, and this dealership said I need to drop off and leave my car ALL day.I read straight from the recall letter I got in the mail that the service should only take 1-2 hours and asked why that couldn’t be done. The just said it was due to “scheduling” reasons. With 3 kids under 3, having to figure out rides and car seats without any kind of car is a pain, especially for the recalls being a Kia issue and not my fault. They don’t offer a loaner car, and I live too far away for Kia to pay for an uber back home. They also wouldn’t pay to rent a car for me, even though the recalls are a fault on their side. The paying customer should not have to take money out of their own pocket to pay for something related to a recall. The person I talked to, Alex, seemed to be new and not have any answers to my questions regarding Kia paying for transportation for me. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, and of course, he was “out for the week.” The people at this dealership literally do not care about their customers, and it’s so obvious when talking to them. Not to mention, I called twice about this issue. The First Lady I talked to said she sent an email to higher up, but I never here from them, so I had to call back and check up a couple days later. I called a Kia dealership in Niles, MI, and I was told by the person working there that I could wait for the 1-2 hour service recall, and they reassured me I would not have to leave my car all day. Weird how two dealerships of the same car brand could be so wildly different.

bought a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee from here from Jason Gordon. He assured me that they would fix my head rest and my mirror as part of the sale. He has avoided me at all costs and after numerous attempts to call him I still get the same old excuses and that he would call me back and never does. Recently now he stated after the sale he can’t give me a new headrest even though that was the original agreement and that he would have to take one off of a trade in which I had never heard of. He said no trade ins had come in and as we were leaving the lot lo and behold there was one right in the front of the lot! I feel lied to and deceived. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here after the terrible experience I had here. They finally agreed to fix what they promised 10 months later. During that visit They told me they couldn’t fix the check engine light they made up some excuse saying it was jeep software. I took it to Tyler and authorized jeep dealer. They said no it’s a misfire pre-existing condition not a jeep software issue and I’m going to probably have to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. How this got past the initial inspection is very fishy and convienently they jerked me around long enough to make sure my warranty was expired. I am very disappointed and this whole experience has been a disaster. I would never recommend this place I feel like I was lied to cheated and swindled out of my money for a paperweight. Im going to see what options the BBB can offer me. Throughly disgusted

In 2020 I brought a Kia OPTIMA (FE) in which no mechanic
In 2020 I brought a Kia OPTIMA (FE) in which no mechanic heard of an FE, couldn't find it their computers when it was time for repairs, those cars were going for 26-27k, but it's got ripped off and charged me 32k, the engine is bad, it burns my oil up and leaks, Kia said they will put another engine but won't pay for rental, so i have to pay for rental and car note, can't drive the car out of town just in the city. I'm giving the car back, tried trade in, the dealerships don't want it bc they heard about those engine problems...the car was brand new with 9 miles on it and it was a LEMON I brought for 32k...Liberty Federal Credit Union better dicuss payments with Gurley Leep Kia bc I'm not paying for it...Gurley Leep Ford did me dirty also...I HATE BOTH DEALERSHIPS...
